Who am I?

I was born in Sydney, Australia. I have, over the years, travelled far and wide, returning to these sunny (bloody hot!) Australian shores in 1999. Zebra Research, a qualitative market research consultancy, was established in 2001.

Zebra Bites is a bloggery of my thoughts and observations on, for the most part, qualitative research. It’s where I think out loud to try to make some kind of sense of the mayhem in this somewhat mashed up world.
